Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn (born in America) is an American actress. Her most well-known role is her part as Skyler White on The AMC drama series Breaking Bad for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actor in a Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Her other appearances comprise Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and fell in adore with acting when she was in Preparatory School. The late 70's, her family relocated to Ohio. She went to Northwestern University to study theatre as well as the British American Drama Academy. Anna was working in the theatre in the Chicago region for a couple of years, before attempting her hand at TV and film roles. Anna got her big break in 1992 when she appeared as Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. In addition, she played in Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. It wasn't until the late 1990s when she landed a role in The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood during two complete seasons. Skyler played Martha Bullock on screen in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully as well as Deadwood are also a the highlights of her career.
